Founded and led by a hands-on technologist.
Otsile Molalapata founded HyperCode in 2012 after several years in strategy and technology consulting, where he led enterprise risk automation, automated executive reporting, and large-scale business-process re-engineering for some of Botswana's largest institutions.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Botswana and works comfortably across the entire technology stack — from networks, firewalls and Microsoft 365 administration through enterprise integration and information security to hands-on software development. That range is deliberate: it means HyperCode can set the strategy and stand behind the delivery.
Beyond HyperCode, Otsile builds and co-leads a portfolio of technology ventures spanning project-based consulting, health technology and agritech — applying the same conviction throughout: technology should earn its place by delivering measurable value.
